DATE: 15th July 2012 – Ancholme Leisure Centre, Brigg
The Brigg Bomber Quadrathlon will be held on July 15th 2012, taking place on and around the River Ancholme, Brigg, North Lincolnshire.
The event consists of 1.5km river swim, 7km kayak, 36km bike and a 10km run, this event is the British Quadrathlon Championships and also a World Cup race, attracting locals and athletes from all over the UK and abroad.
Team entries are accepted however only solo entries qualify for the British Championships and World Cup rankings.
A sprint version race will also be available in 2012, which will run along side the main event and consists of a 20km bike, 5km kayak and a 5km run.
